Sanya Srivastava brings experience across philanthropy, impact investing, climate, economic development, and global development, with a focus on strategic partnerships, growth strategy, and impact-driven resource mobilization. She serves as Associate Manager, Development at Spark Climate Solutions, where she supports donor engagement, fundraising strategy, and partnership development to help advance underfunded climate priorities.

Her work focused on helping mission-driven programs identify funding opportunities, build stronger partner relationships, and translate complex research into clear narratives for funders and external stakeholders. At the Chicago Community Trust, she contributed to the Fund for Equitable Business Growth, a multi-funder initiative supporting BIPOC small business owners in Chicago, where she helped coordinate funder and grantee relationships, strengthen portfolio-level insights, and support strategic decision-making across partners.
Sanya has also worked across impact investing and social impact consulting, supporting due diligence, cost-benefit analysis, stakeholder engagement, and strategy across health, livelihoods, clean energy, and economic development programs. She holds a Master’s in Public Policy from the University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy, with a focus on program evaluation, impact investing, and international development.
Her expertise lies in building cross-sector partnerships, translating evidence into compelling funder-facing strategy, and helping mission-driven organizations align capital, relationships, and impact around meaningful systems change.
